What does PagePin cost?
Nothing. PagePin is free and licensed under the GPL, with no limit on sites, users or reports.
Do I need a browser extension?
No. PagePin is a WordPress plugin, so the toolbar loads with your site. BugHerd offers a JavaScript tag or a browser extension.
Where are screenshots stored?
In /wp-content/uploads/pagepin/ on your server, not in the media library. Deleting a report deletes its screenshot.
Does PagePin send data to other services?
Only if you set it up: a CAPTCHA (reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha or Turnstile) or a webhook to an HTTPS address you enter, with e-mail addresses only if you allow it per endpoint. Without them PagePin makes no external connection.
Which WordPress versions does it support?
WordPress 6.4 or later with PHP 8.1 or later, tested up to WordPress 7.1, in current browsers and on touch devices.
